Create Your Workouts
Create your workouts in a few simple steps.
Click 'Create' to start

Enter Workout name, Duration, and Equipments. Press + to add exercise or clock button to add rest between exercise.

You can also search for exercises and select one or can write your own.

Use the popup menu to copy exercise or add other stuff
Press 'Repeat Last Set' to copy last set.
Create Your Programs

Start creating your Program and Schedule by clicking 'Create' button on build tab.

Add workouts by clicking '+' button

Add single, multiple or optional workouts for each day

Easy way to repeat the workouts in a programs

Download your program to workout offline or share it with friends.
